We try to keep things simple and flexible so you can choose what works best for you:
Option 1: In-Person Consultation (our favorite)
We’ll come by to check out the space, talk through your ideas, and answer any questions you have. After that, we’ll send you an estimate by email to review and approve. Easy!Option 2: Virtual Estimate (if you’re short on time)
If you’d rather skip the in-person visit, no problem, we just need a few details from you:Measurements of the space
For paint: info (brand, color name/code, and finish if you’ve picked it)
For wallpaper: a link to the wallpaper and/or the product specs
You can send all of that through our scheduling tool or just email it to our project coordinator, Stephanie Aiken, at stephanie@wildefinnpainting.com

Yes; for projects over $1,000, we’ll send a deposit request about two weeks before your start date. Paying that upfront helps lock in your spot on our schedule (and keeps everything running smoothly on our end).
Thanks in advance - we really appreciate it!
-
After you’ve received and accepted your estimate for your project, a member of our team will reach out to get you on the schedule.
-
Absolutely - we love this part!
We’re always happy to offer our insight when it comes to picking the perfect paint color or wallpaper for your space. We can even bring paint samples to help you see how a color looks in your lighting before making a final decision.
And if you’re looking for a little more expert guidance, we work closely with a design pro at Sherwin-Williams and are happy to connect you for extra help with color and wallpaper choices.
Whether you’ve got a vision or need some inspiration, we’ve got you covered.
-
Short answer: not really our thing.
We don’t currently offer peel-and-stick wallpaper installs. It just doesn’t meet our standards for long-lasting, professional results. That said, if you're set on using it, we can chat! Just know we’ll ask you to sign a quick disclaimer since it's not something we typically recommend (and we can’t guarantee the outcome).
-
Not much - we’ve got most of it covered! That said, a little help goes a long way:
For wallpaper projects: Please clear the area around the wall(s) being wallpapered so we have enough space to work safely and efficiently.
For painting: We ask that you tidy up the space by putting away personal items and clearing surfaces in the area we’ll be painting.
We take pride in our prep work and keeping things clean - so once you’ve done a quick pickup, we’ll handle the rest.
